COMFORT SOLUTION CLUB PRIORITY SERVICE – As a Comfort Solutions Club member, you are our priority! You can jump to the head of the line when you call. Your job will be scheduled ahead of others. This applies to routine and emergency calls.

We at Sultan comfort solutions believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That’s why we encourage business/home owners to become aware of our preventative maintenance program. We call it the “Comfort Solutions Club Membership”

Below you’ll find our Preventative Maintenance Checklist, which is our proven

method to keep your system in the shape and your home or business in constant

comfort and Extend HVAC equipment life, increase efficiency and maintain

manufacturer warranty by investing in a maintenance plan today!

  • Planned Maintenance: This agreement includes two scheduled maintenance
  • visits each year. We call you to schedule.
  • Emergency Service: After hours emergency service is available to SCS
  • Maintenance Agreement Holders. No overtime rates.
  • Priority Services: Entitled to priority scheduling of all service calls over all non-
  • maintenance agreement customer service calls.
    Quality Parts: SCS agrees to use only the best quality replacement parts available.

  • Clean evaporator coil if accessible
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Clean heat exchange or elements
  • Monitor flue draft
  • Monitor refrigerant pressure
  • Test starting capabilities
  • Test safety controls
  • Clean or replace air filters
  • Clean and adjust blower components
  • Check for correct air flow
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Measure volts / amps on compressor motor and heater bank, if equipped
  • Measure condenser and evaporator approach
  • Perform carbon monoxide check

Service Agreement Plans

Price for service package is $500.00 per system which covers two visits one in spring and fall. Covers all cleaning material and filters needed.
